We’re Crazy Bloggers Here at Arizona Farm Bureau … March 27, 2013

By Julie Murphree, Arizona Farm Bureau

Guess how many regular blogs we’re managing here at Arizona Farm Bureau: Fill Your Plate’s weekly blog, Julie’s Fresh Air and the newest, The Voice.

Each blog is serving its unique role geared to our various audiences we want to take care of and celebrate. Fill Your Plate’s blog focuses on fun food stories, in addition to nutrition for our Arizona families.

One of our important websites for engagement is Arizona Farm Bureau's Fill Your Plate.

Julie’s Fresh Air is a blog that came with me when I joined Arizona Farm Bureau now over six years ago. I cover more general agriculture topics including ones specific to Arizona agriculture.

Our newest blog, The Voice, will stick to Arizona agriculture issues including our policy issues at Arizona Farm Bureau. With a team of writers, we should be able to get our stories out.

But why blog? Remember that a blog is mainly a website that I as a blogger can add content to on a regular basis. What we forget is that each and every new blog post we are doing is actually individual web pages with all of our information and insights on them. And each of the pages is one more opportunity for the search engines to find us and one more way for web users to find Arizona Farm Bureau or Fill Your Plate. The more pages we have online, the more pages we’ll have indexed by Google. The more pages Arizona Farm Bureau has indexed by Google, the more opportunities we have to engage.

And, Arizona Farm Bureau wants to engage, engage in conversation about Arizona agriculture. So cheers to our blogs!

When I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I get four emails using the exact same comment. Is there any way you possibly can eliminate me from that service? Thanks!
